Q: What are your Store Hours?
A: We're available 7:30am-6pm Monday thru Friday, and 8:00am-4:00pm Saturday (Eastern Standard Time). There is also an automated phone system active 24 hours a day. Leave your name and number and a brief description of how we can help you, and we'll return your call. And of course, there's always email. Use the "contact us" link on our website.
Q: Some sites do not take phone calls. They say it enables them to keep their prices low. I have to e-mail them with questions, and then it takes 2-3 days to get an answer. What is your Phone Policy?
A: This is one of the major differences between us and some of the other parts sites. We do not make you choose between customer service and price. We realize that sometimes you need answers right away. Feel free to call us anytime during business hours, and we'll be happy to talk with you. Whether you e-mail us or phone us, you will always pay the same low price and receive the same great service.
Q: What is a "VIN#" and where do I find it?
A: VIN is short for "Vehicle Identification Number". It is generally 17 digits long and can be found on a metal plate on the top of the dash pad on the drivers side of the vehicle, visible from the outside of the vehicle through the windshield. It is also found on your Vehicle Title, Registration and Insurance Documentation.
If you have a vehicle identification number (VIN), it is possible to get other information about the vehicle from that number - like the year. Manufacturers who produce more than 500 vehicles a year must use a standardized 17-digit vehicle identification number.
Positions 1-3: World manufacturer number
Position 4: Restraint system type (passenger car only) brake type and GVWR class (trucks and vans only)
Position 5: Line, series, body type
Position 8: Engine type
Position 9: Check digit
Position 10: Model year
Position 11: Assembly plant
Positions 12-17: Production sequence number
Q: How do I Find the Model Year?
A: Find the model year by reading position 10 (this is the eighth character from the right). Following is a chart of model years with the letter or number that indicates the model year. Typical VIN: 2G1WN52M1S9229747. Model year is S, which represents the year 1995.
Q: Why do you need my VIN#?
A: The VIN# is necessary in identifying the correct parts for a particular vehicle. With the VIN#, we can identify each and every Production Option for all vehicles produced beginning with the 1990 model year.
Q: Do you sell genuine OEM parts?
A: All parts are guaranteed to be new and factory original. We are an authorized GM dealer as well as authorized Mazda dealer.
Q: Do you have my part in stock?

In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to find one for you as quickly as possible.
Q: Can I add to my order after it has been placed?
A: Yes, you can add to an order up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession. Just call or email us to confirm your additional items.
Q: Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
A: Yes, you can cancel any order or part of any order up until the time it has been ordered from GM or Mazda Corporation.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: Yes. See our shipping policy.
Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Q: Do you accept PayPal?
Q: What is your return policy?
A: See our return policy for details. You must obtain an RMA#. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that we find to have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above return criteria.
Q: What did we leave out?
A: As hard as we've tried to cover everything, I'm sure there is plenty we've left out. If there is something you need and don't see it here, just ask. We're always just a click away. We look forward to hearing from you.
