Q: I've ordered before, do I have to re-enter all my information?  
A: No, just enter your E-mail and password supplied when you set up your account with us

Q: Can I have the parts shipped to my mechanic/neighbor/brother-in-law? 
A: The bill-to address on your order must match what your credit card company has on file. We can ship to a different address if you wish, though this may add some time to your order while we verify the ship to alternate address. 

Q: Where are you located?  
A: We are based on the East Coast but we ship from warehouses and manufacturers throughout the U.S.

Q: What payment methods do you offer?  
A: We accept Discover, Master Card and Visa, American Express as well as, PayPal, wire transfers, or you can mail in a check or money order. We do not accept COD's.

Q: How can I print from your catalog?  
A: Right click, and scroll down to print. You will then be able to print from there. Most parts have illustrations and will offer a print tab.

Q: Why do you need my email address & phone number?  
A: From time to time, an order will arrive with a problem. There may be a discontinuation, or a back order status. We will need to make contact to inform you of the status of your order and to obtain your permission for the order to take a few days longer to fill than indicated on the site upon check out.
